I’m a software engineer who enjoys building things people can actually use and enjoy. I’m especially drawn to creating solutions that solve real-world problems — often problems I personally run into. Building software for myself has been one of the most reliable ways I’ve learned and grown as an engineer.
My relationship with software has had its ups and downs, but these days it’s in a healthier place. I enjoy the process more, I’m more intentional about what I build, and I care deeply about simplicity and usability.
I’m passionate about open-source software and tend to choose open tools whenever they’re available. I appreciate software that’s transparent, community-driven, and respects the user. As I grow as an engineer, I’m increasingly interested in contributing back to the open-source ecosystem.
I was born and raised in Istanbul, where I currently live. I graduated from Marmara University with a degree in Computer Science in January 2026.
I’m currently exploring the next steps in my career and am open to new opportunities. Feel free to reach out through the links below.
